Unlike Sylvera and Pachama (which focus on terrestrial carbon), this module verifies Blue Carbon sequestration claims against IPCC AR6 WG II coefficients and flags permanence risks from sea-level rise, tidal inundation, bathymetry depth, and coastal erosion — risks that are unique to SIDS and entirely missed by existing AI verification tools.
