This portal enables community members, elders, and stakeholders to formally submit grievances related to projects operating within or near Kalinago Territory. All submissions are reviewed by the Kalinago Council and tracked to resolution.

Your Rights
  • You have the right to Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) before any project begins in Kalinago Territory.
  • Sacred sites, watersheds, and ancestral lands are protected under the 2026 Kalinago Council Regulations.
  • You are entitled to a fair share of benefits from projects operating on communal land.
  • All grievances are reviewed within 30 days by the Kalinago Council Clerk.
